Role DescriptionThis is a contract, full-time remote role for a Full-Stack Developer (.NET Core with Vue.js). The Full-stack developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications. They will be responsible for front-end and back-end development, testing, and deployment of custom software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of maintaining and optimizing current web-based applications.Develop a deep understanding of application layers, infrastructure aspects, and data models.Incorporate Vue.js into front-end development, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Identify and address performance issues and bugs, devising effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement updates.Maintain and develop both front-end and back-end components using ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and importantly, Vue.js.Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to assess the feasibility and implications of containerization.Provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps for adopting containerization technologies.Engage in rapid prototyping and present conceptual designs to management.Contribute to agile development processes, offering insights for continuous improvement.Document .NET applications, codebase, and containerization assessments comprehensively.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.Uphold high standards in code quality, organization, and automation.Collaborate with Product Management to analyze and interpret requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Vue.js.Demonstrated ability to identify and solve performance issues and bugs.Experience in maintaining both front-end and back-end components.Familiarity with containerization technologies and the ability to provide strategic direction in this area.Strong skills in ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, Web API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.Experience in agile development and a keen eye for continuous improvement.Ability to create detailed documentation for technical processes and assessments.A commitment to maintaining high code quality and organization.
