Skills and Requirements –Should have 4 to 8 years of hands - on experience in application development in an enterprise setupProven hands-on Software Development experience using Backbase portalStrong OOPS knowledge, including experience with design patternsExperience with Java/JEE and open source framework and tools like Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Apache Camel, Maven, Ant, Subversion, Git, xUnit etc.Experience on Web Technologies : HTML, JSP, XML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, JSONExperience with relational databases like MySQL Oracle.Experience with enterprise application servers like Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere.Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills. Desired skills we’re looking for:Experience with Agile, Scrum, XP, TDD, Continuous Integration will be a huge plus.Experience with Web Services SOAP and RESTFUL Blogger, Conference Speaker, Open Source ContributorEngineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience from an institution of high repute in India or abroad.
