Job Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Siebel Developer or similar CRM application development role.In-depth knowledge of Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.Proficiency in Siebel eScript, JavaScript, and SQL for customizing and extending Siebel functionality.Familiarity with integration technologies and standards like web services, EAI, and middleware.Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices in designing customer-centric applications.Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging Siebel applications.Knowledge of database concepts and experience with Oracle or other relational databases.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Certifications in Siebel or related technologies are a plus.
