Senior Boomi Developer

About The Role

As a member of the Lovevery IT team, the Senior Boomi Developer will be responsible for the development of Lovevery’s Boomi integration platform. This position will be integral to managing data integrations between our e-commerce, ERP and partner systems. Candidates will require technical and business experience to implement solutions for new and existing data integrations. Ideal candidate is an IT professional with deep system integration experience with e-commerce and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, development, performance, functionality, and reliability of the integrations between Lovevery and external systems using BoomiImplement, upgrade and support Boomi platform and integrations in test and production environmentsRoot cause and resolve production support issues relating to Boomi integrations, and work with other development teams to triage other systems’ errorsCollaborate with various multi-functional teams, business stakeholders, and internal application development teams to define integration requirements and architect efficient & stable data integrationsPerform integration testing for integrations and provide support for end-user acceptance testing of new integration processesWork with Lovevery partners and contractors to design, develop and test integrationsManage day-to-day error logs, triage and rectify as neededDocument and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent previous work experience4+ years of practical Boomi design and development experience in a Senior positionExpert Knowledge and hands-on experience in Boomi process building & deployment, API management, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, and API design3+ Experience working with NetSuite application integrations and connectors3+ years experience with ecommerce platforms, their processes and data (Shopify) in a public companyProven experience working independently with minimal supervision to solve technical support problemsExperience working with API based integrations and knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services InteroperabilityStrong relational database background and SQL SkillsProven experience communicating and collaborating with individuals who possess a broad variety of technical and business knowledgeBoomi Administrator, Developer or Architect certifications preferred
