SharePoint Intranet Site Developer3+MonthsRemote We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer to help us get started with SharePoint Online as an intranet solution. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing an intranet template that we will use for departments across the University that will include branding, navigation, collaboration tools, security and content models. The template will be used to create our first team site. The ideal candidate has SharePoint Online development experience especially in designing and implementing new sites across a business. This is a remote position. Responsibilities• Design and develop a template that can be used as a standard for intranet sites across the University. • Implement, configure, and customize our first SharePoint intranet site.• Make recommendations regarding Hub site models.• Collaborate with technical team to determine requirements and design solutions.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.• Work with Governance team to determine M365 Groups and site access issues.

Mandatory Skills:• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise-level SharePoint applications.• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Microsoft Teams • Familiarity with SharePoint APIs and developing custom solutions
