Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture.

Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Development:Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs.Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.Code Review and Optimization:Perform code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.Optimize and troubleshoot existing codebase for performance and scalability.Testing:Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests on all code.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing of Salesforce solutions.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for all custom development.Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes to the Salesforce platform.Training and Support:Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.Assist in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a track record of successful project implementations.Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
