We are seeking a highly skilled remote Chief SAP Integration Developer to lead our team in crafting, evaluating, and documenting durable and adaptable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems.

You will work with an array of technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Kafka, third-party application integration services, and more. As a Chief Integration Developer, you will contribute to architecture, security, and data standards to ensure adherence to compliance and governance. Additionally, you will participate in pre-sales activities as a specialized technical consultant focusing on integration solutions, working closely with clients to demonstrate and clarify integration solutions, while gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs).

Responsibilities

Crafting, evaluating, and documenting durable and adaptable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems using an array of technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Kafka, third-party application integration services, and moreContributing to architecture, security, and data standards to ensure adherence to compliance and governanceParticipating in pre-sales activities as a specialized technical consultant focusing on integration solutionsWorking closely with clients to demonstrate and clarify integration solutions, while gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs)Estimating the necessary work for integration development and technical architectural componentsProviding guidance on SAP Chief Information Officer (CIO) Guides for On-premises, Cloud, and Hybrid setups, Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, and RISE with SAPUpholding and advocating for best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the project

Requirements

At least 7 years of involvement in significant SAP S/4 HANA implementation projectsOver 2 years of pertinent leadership experienceProficiency in SAP Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO) and Cloud Integration, as well as SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) in S/4HANA, and SAP Process OrchestrationA proven history of designing system integration solutions in diverse enterprise environmentsCompetence in various integration tools and platforms, with the capability to devise solutions using a range of technologiesProficiency in one or more programming languages, such as ABAP, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript)Thorough understanding of the capabilities, functionalities, and technologies of several SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Production), SAP C/4HANA (Commerce, Marketing, Sales), SAP SCM (TM, EWM, IBP), SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management), SAP SuccessFactors, SAP AribaFamiliarity with SAP Integration Solution Advisory MethodologyExceptional communication and leadership skills, along with a willingness to interact with clientsUpper-Intermediate level of English (B2+ proficiency)
