The Veeam Quality Assurance Department invites you to work on Veeam products with Veeam QA professionals in the Prague R&D office.

Your tasks will include:

Developing and supporting automated tests for Veeam productsInteracting with all participants in the software development processParticipating in the development and optimization of the frameworks and modules used for automated testingParticipating in the design of automated testsAnalyzing the source code of tested productsSupporting internal automated-testing systemsBuilding and maintaining a testing infrastructureAnalyzing test results, and maintaining a defects database

What we expect from you:

A technical education or a passion for technology1–2 years’ experience in software testing + experience in creating automated tests OR practical experience in writing code, without a need for expertise in software testing but with additional interest in this areaThe desire to write good code and to develop yourself in the field of programmingKnowledge of OS Windows, Linux, or Unix at the advanced user or administrator levelA lively and flexible mind, clear logic, analytical skillsThe desire and ability to work in a teamKnowledge of English at the level of comprehending technical documentation

Will be an advantage:

Work experience with databasesWork experience with computer networks. Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and basic network settingsWork experience with virtualization platforms
