The Developer Audience Global Blackbelt Specialist is a senior solution sales professional within our enterprise sales organization with a technical background in the domain of Software Development workloads. The Developer Audience Global Blackbelt Specialist is seen as the Leader of a global virtual team responsible for geographic resource management and execution focusing expanding and deepening relationships and satisfaction with enterprise developers and engineering leads, building a compelling strategy for growing the account year-over-year across GitHub revenue and Azure consumption. A Global Black Belt Azure Developer Audience engages in executive conversation both in and outside IT to provide customers with insights and solutions leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Platform, Azure Developer Services and the GitHub Platform to drive business transformation through key technologies.

Responsibilities
You will be the key technical sales leader and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, build and transform new markets and lead transformational shifts in our customers. You will lead and challenge customers with clear strategic vision of Modern Engineering practices using the Azure and GitHub Platforms. You will orchestrate and lead Microsoft field team to win the Microsoft and GitHub development platform solution sales opportunities. You will develop, communicate, and provide high business impact solutions that enable digital transformation. [30% of time]You will influence the Microsoft and GitHub go-to-market and product strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter. Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
5+ years technology-related sales or account management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
4+ years solution or services sales experience.Experience working with enterprise developers and engineering leads in implementation of processes to successfully adopt modern engineering platforms such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.DevOps practices, including continuous planning/Agile, CI/CD, quality, and security with one or more of the DevOps toolchains (i.e., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Atlassian). Understanding of DevSecOps and Shift Left practices with products such as GitHub Advanced Security, Checkmarks, Fortify, SonarQube, Defender for Cloud.Application development platforms on public clouds and/or Azure in development languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, Node.JS targeting Linux, Windows, public clouds, or Azure.
Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,300 - $180,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $140,900 - $199,000 per year.
