What You'll DoProvide technical leadership and guidance to the teams;Closely work with client technical leadership and keep teams aligned;Drive quality and productivity;Develop code;Closely interact with client technical leaders;Proactively identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies;Identify and monitor key metrics for quality and productivity;Identify and implement continuous improvements by applying experience and soliciting ideas;Understand customer expectations and manage the team to exceed;Identify and remove roadblocks for the team;Review pull requests to ensure quality and compliance;

Job Requirements6+ years of overall experience in the IT industry;5+ years of commercial experience in mobile development;Experience in both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) will be a plus;Experience Uber RIBs will be a plus;Experience in providing technical direction to multiple teams;Experience in mobile application architecture;Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written);
