RSA Archer Developer/Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Certified RSA Archer Developer who loves to analyze and solve problems for our customers and partners and provide customer delight by helping implement and administer Archer GRC projects. The position is fully remote and can work from anywhere in the USAResponsibilities and DutiesWork independently as a RSA Archer Developer/Administrator and as a member of the project implementation/support/services teamAnalyze, evaluate and document customer requirementsMap and Gap customer requirements to RSA Archer GRC product functionalityIdentify gaps and evaluate ways to bridge the gaps through workarounds, product extensions, customizationsCommunicate with team in-person and over the phone on implementation workflows and technical/functional aspects of the projects and be a critical member of the team to help implement projects successfullyWork as a team member closely with the Project Manager, and other team members to customize, administer and support RSA Archer GRC ApplicationRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications6+ yrs of hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer on the GRC platformExperience using .Net technology for IntegrationStrong API Integration experience integrating RSA Archer with other systems - technical knowledge of all RSA Archer GRC modules specifically Regulatory Change Management (RCM), Compliance Management, Third Party Vendor Management, Policy Management, Enterprise Risk Management, SOX Compliance, Issue Management etc. Must be able to modify code and customizeTrained in RSA Archer GRC platform Development/Architecture/DevelopmentSkilled in verbal, written and oral communicationStrong team player with a great attitudeFlexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter)Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closureEducation Requirement (Must Have):4 year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Eng or relatedRSA Archer GRC Developer CertificateBenefitsTrainingMentoring/Coaching
