About the Role
As the Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will own the development tasks and integrations of the corporate ServiceNow instances. You will be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team within a Scaled Agile Framework environment. The position requires that you be able to work closely with key client stakeholders and senior technology leaders where your technical designs achieve stakeholder business requirements.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day code development within a domain-separated,multi-tenant environment with emphasis on the following modules: (ITSM) IT Services ManagementService Operations Workspace(ITBM/SPM) IT Business Management / Strategic Portfolio Management(CSM) Customer Service ManagementSystem integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.Daily participation in Scrum stand-ups to provide a status on user stories.Maintain instances to be within the current release and not to exceed N - 1.Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.Participate in Release Planning to iterate towards delivering ServiceNow products.Remain current with ServiceNow certification deltas.Provide orientation to 3rd party contractors in non-production environments, provide consultative oversight as needed, and participate in ATF / UAT before promoting code to production environments.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsDomain separation with multi-tenancy.Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macro, & CMS using CSS, HTML, and Jelly.Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs, including Integration Hub.Scripted web services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup to facilitate the integration of ServiceNow to 3rd party applications.Experience presenting and conducting demonstrations with client stakeholders.Team player with excellent troubleshooting skills and with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members. As a subject matter expert, you will be called on to assess ServiceNow tasks to resolve support issues.6+ years of related experience in ServiceNow, programming JavaScript, configuring complex integrations, and configuring Service Portals.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.ServiceNow Application Developer Certification required.ServiceNow Systems Administration Certification required.Ability to travel as needed.Who We Are
