Company InfoA growing tech-for-good software company are looking for a .NET software developer to join their small but growing development team. The company's software has a direct impact on emergency rescue and life-saving operations across the UK and they are expanding as they continue to provide mission-critical software to the public sector.
This role would join an Agile team in the development of the company’s latest web-based products using Microsoft technologies including C#, .Net Core and AWS, experience with Elastic Search or Microservices Architecture is beneficial. You'd be maintaining BAU activities for existing customers and also work on new feature development in a project-oriented environment.The company offer a Remote-first structure with a modern offices in Oxfordshire where the team meet up once every quarter.
Essential requirements:A strong background in C# DevelopmentCommercial experience with MVC or .Net CoreExperience in a test-driven development environmentPassion for writing good code, following set best practice - SOLID or similarUnderstanding of Agile and DevOps processesAn excellent communicator, able to work autonomously.
Desirable:Experience developing applications or products in AWS OR AzureWillingness to take ownership of projectsMicroservices architecture experienceTest Driven Development backgroundCI/CD
