About Risk and Quant Solutions (RQS)Risk and Quant is one of the fastest growing practices at Evalueserve. As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve?Working on many web apps for different clients.Developing features for each of these apps based on the tech lead direction.Suggesting changes to improve user experience and performance when detected.Cooperating with team members to help on back-end and/or front-end bottlenecks.Speaking up when confronting issues to avoid delivery delays and be suggested approaches to find a solution as a team.

What we're looking forExperience or interest in working on cloud environment such as Azure, AWS or GCPExperience working as web developer for both, frontend and backend.Experience working with frontend libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.Strong experience working with Python web development packages such as Django, DRF, FastAPI.Experience or interest in working with Python data analytics/data science packages.Experience working with databases such as Postgres, Microsoft SQL ServerGreat communication skills in English, spoken and written.Always open to learn new things.Follow standards, guidelines, and best practices in the software development field.
