Flutter Developer

Mural Health is a fast-growing fintech startup that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Flutter Engineer!

Who are you? You are a results-driven individual who wants to see Mural Health grow! You are excited to be part of a fast-paced environment and help a wide range of biotechs streamline their clinical trial payments. You will be a key contributor to the product and engineering team, working on creating a user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interface for our application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform product ideas into reality!

You will: Develop high-quality and responsive user interfaces using Flutter Design and develop reusable components to be used across applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, wireframes, and data/API contractsContribute to the overall product development process, providing technical insights, recommendations, solutions, and a seamless, visually appealing user experienceOptimize application performance for speed and responsivenessDebug and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience across various platformsStay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continuously improve our application

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 2 -4 years of proven experience as a Front End Engineer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications Previous experience migrating React applications to Flutter Proficiency in Flutter, including modern frameworks such as GetX, Stacked, VelocityXFamiliarity with responsive design and mobile-first development principals Solid understanding of web performance optimization and browser compatibility Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the software industry, with SaaS products, or a fintech is a plus
