Job Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Unity Multiplayer Game Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of professional experience in Unity game development, a proven track record of games published on the Play Store and App Store, and in-depth Unity knowledge. If you are passionate about creating engaging and memorable gaming experiences, have a strong background in multiplayer game development, and are excited about exploring the world of Web3 gaming, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:Strong proficiency in C#, Go and Unity3D.Experience in developing multiplayer games and networking solutions.Technical art skills with the ability to enhance visual aspects of gamesExperience in the full lifecycle of game server and multiplayer development.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, multiplayer frameworks, and server-client architectures.Experience in designing and implementing high-scalable, distributed game server systems.Must be excellent in at least two multiplayer frameworks for ex Nakama, Photon, Mirror, Fishnet etc.Expertise in deploying and managing game servers on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Solid understanding of game design principles and player experience.Minimum 2 commercially published games on Play Store and App Store

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality Unity games for mobile platforms.Implement and optimize game mechanics, features, and multiplayer functionality.Work on the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to delivery and post-launch support.Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problemsFamiliarity with real-time communication protocols and frameworks (e.g., WebSockets, SignalR)Knowledge of game analytics and performance optimization techniquesProficient with code versioning tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in the realm of Web3 gaming.

Bonus Skills:Experience with Web3 gaming technologies.Knowledge of blockchain integration in gaming projects.
