We are searching for a highly skilled remote Chief Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team, leading the technical design, development, and revision of multi-tier business systems. As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will partner with business analysts to review requirements optimization and with developers to review and validate key functionalities and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and migration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrations. Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and revision of multi-tier business systems utilizing Salesforce Marketing CloudPartner with business analysts to review requirements optimization and with developers to review and validate key functionalities and integrationsImplement, configure, and migrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and work with Marketing Cloud Connect and other integrationsDevelop and maintain automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)Optimize and manage large datasets using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SnowflakeCollaborate closely with the rest of the team, contributing to the cohesive and successful outcomes of the projectLead the development and maintenance of a data governance frameworkImplement data security and privacy measures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, including implementation and configuration2+ years of relevant leadership experienceExperience in Salesforce CRM, including Sales & Service Cloud, CommunitiesProficiency in AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL, and Guide Template LanguageExpertise in web service integration, including REST/SOAPExperience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages and Mobile StudioExperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake, including optimizing and managing large datasetsExcellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and with external consultantsFluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
