Rust Developer (m/f/d)

Tasks:

As a Rust developer (m/f/d) you'll work as part of a team of talented Rust developers of all levels, and your work will help take our software solution for the healthcare industry to the next level. Famedly relies on open source software and primarily uses Matrix and FHIR to modernize the healthcare industry. Although your work will mainly be around microservices based on Matrix, FHIR and other interfaces, you will always have the opportunity to dive into other Open Source projects as well. Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and secure backend systemsCollaborate with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality softwareEnsure code quality and maintain technical documentationIdentify and resolve performance and scalability issues

Requirements:

You have 5+ years experience in professional software developmentYou are a team player who can learn quickly and think creativelyYou understand that communication is one of the most important skills for a developerYou have some experience with RustYou have experience in API designYou are not afraid to own the complete process from design to productionBonus: You have a good understanding of Matrix, FHIR, decentral architecture and cryptography as well as some experience with working in agile teams
