Senior Python Django Developer (This is not an entry level position)

ECOM Specialist LLC is a USA-Dallas-based IBM & SAP Business Partner. The selected candidate will be required to work with Pakistan and US-based staff; working hours are from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am Pakistan Standard Time. The candidate must not have any other job while he/she is working for ECOM

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Python Django Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using the Django framework. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python and Django, along with a passion for creating robust and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Software Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications using Python and the Django framework.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Code Review and Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are met.Implement and maintain automated testing processes to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.Architecture and Design:Contribute to the architectural decisions of the application, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.Work closely with the team to design and implement software solutions that align with business requirements.Collaboration:Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and bring innovative ideas to the team.Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:Extensive experience in Python web development.Proven expertise in Django framework and its components.Strong understanding of database design and optimization, with experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).Experience:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python Django development.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web applications.Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to analyze and debug complex issues efficiently.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
