We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a strong background in CRM administration and architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: `Development and Customization: Develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions according to the project requirements. Create and maintain workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems. Implement data migration and synchronization between Dynamics CRM and other systems. CRM Administration: Manage Dynamics 365 CRM instances, including system settings and user roles. Perform regular system audits and prepare for updates or upgrades. Ensure CRM data integrity and security. Solution Architecture: Design and architect CRM solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy. Evaluate and recommend CRM architectural approaches and solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements. Support and Training: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Keep abreast of new Dynamics 365 features and functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer. Strong understanding of CRM principles and Dynamics 365 customization. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience with programming languages like .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Dynamics 365 certification. Experience in CRM administration and architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Ability to work in a team and independently.
