Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team as a co-founder. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our company. Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of the technology strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals.Oversee the technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of our platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative features and improvements.Manage and mentor a growing team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Hands-on coding experience with the ability to develop and maintain Apple (iOS) and Android applications.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:Proven experience in software development and technology leadership roles.Strong background in mobile app development, with expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.Experience with scalable and secure backend systems.Entrepreneurial drive and mindset with a passion for startups.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment.Advanced English
