Position Summary:

SCOPE: Build and maintain applications and REST services for various customer-facing and internal Tier 1 applications. Most applications interface with our IVR (telephony) system. There will be integrations with enterprise-wide apis, databases and digital applications for text-based interactions over secure channel (Visual IVR, chatbot, etc.)

JOB SUMMARY:React Developers are responsible for the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions using React.JS, Redux and NodeJS to enable Customer Experience applications. They will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle which include: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:• Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures• Proficiency using MERN Scaffolding tools• In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle• Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; React.Js, Node.JS, JavaScript, and HTMLo Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, local storage, and cross-browser compatibility are requiredo May include database knowledge in MongoDB• Experience with modern web/UI development tools and techniques: Node, GIT, Axios, Jest• Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio• Solid knowledge of DOM manipulation and client-side validation• High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy• Experience with responsive grid systems• Solid knowledge of React and Redux principals and build out

Additional required experience:-Development background must be strong in Node.JS (primary) as well as React.JS (secondary)-Working knowledge of Mongo DB is required-Experience with OpenShift, Jenkins, CI/CD-Relevant Development certifications (A PLUS)

Additional Preferred Qualifications:• Various Domain experience; Health Care preferred• Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology• Experience with development using cloud technologies (such as on AWS)• Experience with web accessibility guidelines and requirements a plus• Experience with development using Python (A PLUS)

Required Work Experience:5+ years related work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
