Job title: NetSuite DeveloperLocation: Australia (Remote)Salary: $95,000 plus Super (Pro Rata)PART TIME - 3 days per week

NetSuite Development Expertise:Proficiency in Object-oriented JavaScriptAptitude in debugging and troubleshooting applicationsSource Code Control using BitBucketMastery of Suite Scripts, Suite Flow, and SuiteTalkCompetence in HTML, CSS, and FreemarkerSkill in Saved Search and Report writing

Reporting:Create technical-level solution documentation for roll-up and roll-back processes related to project deliverables.Develop user-level documentation explaining project and process functionality.Conduct daily stand-up meetings to provide status updates on ongoing work, requirements, and deliverables to the manager.

Communication:Obtain stakeholder confirmation on requirements, changes, and feasibility through face-to-face interactions or digital correspondence.Prepare meeting and training materials in accordance with Business Systems requirements and standards.

Change Configurations and Customization Management:Plan, review, and manage change configurations and customization requests.Generate clear and articulate documentation for all implementation phases.Conduct Peer Unit testing and confirmation.Provide guidance and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Train staff on the use of implemented changes.

Additional Accountabilities:Work on integrations with NetSuite, primarily focusing on the Customer Booking Portal and Phocas – a BI tool.Maintain effective working relationships with staff and actively participate in team and company activities.Ensure timely preparation and forwarding of statistical records and accountability information.Understand budget parameters and, where possible, present strategies for improvement.Demonstrate proficiency in systems and technology relevant to the position.Act in accordance with the company's Delegation Policy and Code of Conduct.
