Senior/Tech Lead Android Developer

We are looking for a Senior/Tech Lead Android Developer for life-science company. The main purpose is to create application, which collect all data related to health issues in one place, and utilize features within the app to better understand the impact of food choices, exercise and medication.

Requirements:

few years of experiencestrong Kotlin programming skillsprofessional experience in designing and implementing modern applications architecture (e.g. Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVP, etc.),professional experience with Android SDK (Sensors, Camera, Admin, Services, etc.)very good knowledge of Android Jetpack components (work manager, paging, recycler view, etc.) and dependency injection (Dagger 2, Koin)good knowledge of RxJava and Kotlin Coroutines + Flowa track record in optimizing apps for CPU, data, memory and power usage (Android Studio Profiler tool)ability to solve problems in cooperation with vendors of used libraries and frameworksability to dig into existing app and improve/refactor itability to lead the team (plan and organize work), cooperate with other teams and partners, proactive attitudecreating high-quality documentationexperience with writing unit and instrumentation tests (JUnit, Mockk, Robolectric, Espresso)knowledge of ITIL and AGILE (SCRUM/KANBAN) processesknowledge of continuous integration and build automation (Bitrise/Gitlab)familiarity with best practices in app security (code obfuscation, hiding user data, cryptography)knowing HTTP-based services such as RESTvery good English verbal & written communications skills (B2/C1)

Nice to have:

published Android apps in the Google Play Storecontribution in open source projects, writing technical blogsexperience with other mobile platforms or cross-platform frameworkspractical knowledge and experience about any of the cloud provider (AWS/Azure/Google)knowledge of Kotlin Gradle Plugin (kts), Samsung Knox API
