Senior React Native Developer

About our open position: We are seeking a React Native Tech Lead to take a crucial role in guiding our mobile development initiatives. The preferred candidate should be an experienced developer with leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering top-notch software solutions. Your responsibilities will include the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance mobile applications using React Native. Moreover, we require someone to support a team of mobile developers who have recently transitioned from other technologies like Xamarin and Kotlin to React Native. Proficiency in rendering 2D and 3D images within the application would be highly valued.

A typical day might include the following: Guide and mentor a team of React Native developers, offering advice on best practices, conducting code reviews, and shaping overall technical direction.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver mobile applications of high quality.Develop and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using React Native.Lead technical initiatives and make well-informed decisions on architecture, tools, and technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure code quality, performance, and security through testing and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of software development projects.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills: Demonstrated expertise as a React Native developer with a robust collection of mobile applications in your portfolio.Solid experience with JavaScript, React, and Redux.Leadership background in directing and coaching development teams.Strong understanding of mobile application development principles, including UI/UX design, performance, and security.Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Agile methodologies.
