The Role

What you'll be doing:

Identify high impact tasks, technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes to improve and automate.Design the overall automation solution, including selection of integration technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation, Middleware or BPM technologies) and designs that support scalability, auditability, monitoring, exception management and version management via Process management software (JIRA, Confluence, MKS), and version control and repositories (Git, Azure, MKS, Mercurial).Lead the writing and maintaining program code with .Net framework, SAP, PowerShell, and SQL scripting etc. to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.Assist with the definition of the governance models to continue the on-going extension of the automation platform.Translate technical solution outcomes in the context of business impacts and benefits via end user documentation and operational procedures.Contribute to the definition and enhancement of process automation disciplines within Innovior.Identify opportunities to improve business processes.Draw on team members to embed machine learning and cognitive capabilities into integration workflows and automated processes.Knowledge sharing with colleagues providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.

About you

On your first day wed like you to have:

Bachelor's degree or Masters in Computer Science or related fieldCertification in an automation tool (BluePrism, UiPath, PowerAutomate)Strong development experience with programming languages, including C#, VB.Net, Java, Python.Net framework, SAP, PowerShell, and SQL scriptingSolid understanding in web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologiesHigh standard of written and verbal communication, excellent customer service, strong sense of urgency and a solutions focus
