Every day, the team supports more than 6,000 users of more than 70 real estate organizations that together manage more than 800,000 real estate units.Job OverviewTo strengthen our development organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer. As a Business Central Developer you are responsible for the development and improvement and of our Dynamics Empire platform. Together with more than 50 other colleagues, spread over several Scrum Teams, you work closely together on innovative solutions for our customers.

What will you do:Develop and implement solutions with Dynamics 365 Business CentralMaster design, development, troubleshooting, code review and defining/following best practicesProblem solving skills for Dynamics 365 Business Central / system upgrade challengesYou assess the impact of choices between technical solutions to make the platform function optimally.You will work closely with business stakeholders and partners, enterprise architects and functional analysts to create maximum value for the product by delivering a high-performance and high-quality service as one teamYou actively participate in the development of a roadmap in which you can propose innovative projects based on your knowledge of the possibilities of the platform and the market.The (technical) testing of the developed softwareActive participation on Scrum Ceremonies and other meetingsIdentify improvements and/ or innovations that create added value for both the customer and the organization.Virtual collaboration with colleagues from different countries

What you need to succeed:Experience with programming in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business CentralExperience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and agile testingExperience with Azure Functions, PowerShell, Docker and/or experience with other programming platforms such as .NET is an advantage.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plusExperience with APIs and interfacesDesire to work with the latest versions and SaaS solutions Microsoft offer.Analytical thinking level and the drive to further develop yourselfExperience working in a Scrum TeamA proactive attitude and a good dose of independence to work in a self-managing teamGood verbal and written communication skills in English
