Responsibilities:Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and designsDesigning and building responsive and mobile-friendly websites optimized for different devices and browsersWriting clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScriptDemonstrated understanding of SEO practices and their integration into web development and be able to implement best SEO practices within the code for optimal website performanceDevelop and customize WordPress websites to meet client requirements along with themes and plugins for optimal site functionality. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues on WordPress sites. Create mock-ups for proposed project pages and update them as neededManage and update website content including text, images, and multimedia elementsTroubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure websites are functioning correctlyStaying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to ensure the website is current and secureCreating and managing databases for website functionalityEnsuring website accessibility and security to protect sensitive data and user informationMaintaining and updating existing websitesTesting both new and current website and correcting potential errors that may ariseAbility to manage projects independently and meet deadlines Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in web development, computer science, or a related fieldEnthusiasm and passion for web development and designStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript etcExperience working with CMS like WordPressCreative mindset with an interest in designing aesthetically pleasing websitesAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.A solid understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, website security and data privacy best practicesFamiliarity with website hosting and server management
