Position - ServiceNow Platform Developer

Duration - 6 months +

Location - Remote( only in US)

Summary:The ServiceNow Platform Developer provides key coding within the Platform to design, implement and ongoing improvement for a portfolio of ITSM processes for continuous tracking, reporting, and trending. Duties and responsibilities can be any combination of development as it relates to ServiceNow modules, tables, and system policies. Your role in our mission: Develop your career as you support our Organization’s focus on creating innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions to deliver better health and human services outcomes. Partner with IT support teams to implement and manage workgroups assigned in the ITSM tool and resources contained within those teams.Responsible for design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the ITSM tool ServiceNow with a focus on overall Platform development.Accountable for the design, development, and implementation of the end user service portal within the ServiceNow Content Management System.Works closely with other team members and business resources on enhancement or upgrade coding within the Platform to ensure that the workflow is created and continuously improved.Partner with IT support teams to implement and manage their services or system assets assigned in Platform and relate to a Business Service.Ability to develop reports for management on SLAs/KPIs as they pertain to service delivery.Responsible for overseeing the progress of ongoing ITSM tool projects that integrate into ServiceNow or will be removed.Analyze new technologies and present options, recommendations, ROI and project planning implementation phases.

What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience using ServiceNow Platform and Release tools.3+ years of experience in supporting ITSM processes.3+ years of experience with Web Technologies - JavaScript, HTML, XML and Web Services3+ years of experience with forms, fields, view, client scripts, UI policy and actionsOne or more of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation SpecialistKnowledge of ITIL / ITSM Best PracticesExperience successfully implementing processes leveraging the ITSM framework.Experience developing and delivering Cloud Provisioning and Asset Management
