ResponsibilitiesActively participates in the ongoing development of the Salesforce Marketing cloud application by serving as a builder/administrator.Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify enhancements and new capabilities to meet their business needs within the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.Manages consultant developers to execute new projects, prioritizing their work, answering their questions, and acting as the project manager.Manages the Service Now queue of production support tickets for the Salesforce Marketing platform.Assists end-users with error troubleshooting and support for the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.Make recommendations regarding system standards and end-user procedures.Develop and train colleagues on how to use advanced application functionality to allow for self-service.Monitor and evaluate new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement.Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in a related field required8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Platforms and Digital TransformationExpert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience working in the Scaled Agile FrameworkExtensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web studio, Email studio, Audience Builder, SQL, SSJS, AMPscript and REST/POSTCertifications for Marketing cloud Admin, Marketing cloud Email specialist and/or Salesforce AdminIn-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connectivity to Salesforce Sales and Service CloudAbility to connect to overall business strategy and design and execute on department strategyAble to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.Comfortable working independently in an evolving and changing environmentProven ability to create innovative solutions to solve customer and client challengesStrong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced English fluency, verbal and written

This position is 100% remote. Contract hiring is over C2C - Overlap with EST timezone will be required.
