Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Minimum 7 years of Application Development work experienceAt least 3-5 years' experience in IBM FileNet technology area.Familiar with Hyland DMS platformSolid design, coding, testing and debugging skillsMinimum of four years of work experience in a client server environmentRDBMS Concepts, Oracle, SQL Server - includes queries and stored proceduresKnowledge of FileNet upgrade & Server configuration

Good-to-Have

Experience in Insurance domainArchitect level certification is Global ECM Forums like AIIM, Product vendors like IBM Filenet, EMC, Microsoft, OpenText
