Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Android Developer at Technacle IT Services Pvt Ltd. The Senior Android Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Android applications compatible with various versions of Android devices. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and define requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as an Android Developer with proficiency in Kotlin and Java.Experience with RESTful APIs integration and third-party libraries.Experience with Android frameworks such as Room, LiveData, and View Model.Knowledge of asynchronous programming concepts and threading in Android.Experience with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as debugging skills.Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.Experience with other mobile platforms such as iOS is a plus.
