AI/ML Developer

Job Title: Machine Learning EngineerLocation: Remote (Vilnius Preferred)Type of Work: Full/Part time.Company Overview: SportsIQ is a deep-tech startup focused on improving the efficiency of sports training and unlocking new insights for athletes at every skill level by developing novel hardware and software solutions. We are funded by Baltic Sandbox Ventures with funding secured for the foreseeable future.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize deep learning models, with a focus on Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), for the analysis and interpretation of sports activities.Integrate such models into our products.Work on diverse projects involving data analysis, algorithm development, and implementation.Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to various aspects of technology development.Basic Qualifications:Proven experience in developing deep learning models, particularly RNNs.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguous and undefined tasks.Capacity to work independently with limited support.Experience with Python.Nice to Have:Experience or a strong interest in sports training.Background in embedded systems and/or electrical engineering.A background in math or physics.Experience working with 3D modelsWhat We Offer:Monthly salary of 3 000€ - 6 000€ (netto) depending on experience.Stock options - you would be one the first 10 people to join.Flexible schedule and remote work.Ability to shape the direction of this company.Additional Information: A perfect candidate would be an expert in machine learning with a couple of secondary skills and a passion for sports and R&D.
