Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Kafka Developer to join our client’s team. As a Kafka Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications that leverage Kafka technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, and Spring Boot, and extensive experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streaming, Brokers, API frameworks, and Pub/Sub patterns.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain Kafka-based solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimum performance, high availability, and stability of Kafka-based applications.Utilize your expertise in Python, Spring Boot, Kafka Connect, Kafka Streaming, and other related technologies to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.Participate in code reviews, and design discussions, and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka infrastructure and applications in a timely manner.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Kafka and related technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Kafka Developer.Strong proficiency in Python and Spring Boot.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streaming, Brokers, API frameworks, and Pub/Sub patterns.Ability to ensure the performance, high availability, and stability of Kafka solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
