Salesforce Developer6 month Contract-to-Hire

Our client's CIO of Services is seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to manage our Salesforce environment and enhance the platform's functionality to meet our business needs. This individual will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas where Salesforce can be leveraged to improve business processes, as well as configuring, customizing, and maintaining the platform.

Responsibilities: Serve on the administration team for our Salesforce environment, ensuring that it is operating efficiently and effectively Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement improvements to our business processes through Salesforce Develop and maintain custom applications within the Salesforce platform, including Apex code and Visualforce pages Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports and exports, data cleanup, and data maintenance Provide support to Salesforce users across the organization Manage relationships with Salesforce consultants and other third-party vendors Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on our business

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer Salesforce Certified Administrator certification In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex and Visualforce Experience with Sales Cloud required. Experience with Service Cloud admin desired. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is a plus
