On a day-to-day, you will...

Participate and support the development and maintenance of SQL databases that efficiently and securely store data to allow data retrieval and manipulation in an optimized and performant way.Mentor more junior consultants during the project development. Provide support to Seniors and Tech Lead with some tasks when needed.Start getting familiar with how to communicate the progress of the project and issues.Follow policies and procedures to ensure roles have access only to the required columns, tables, db schemas, and rows.Code programs in the target database language, for example, PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc. Using best practices and software engineering patterns.Understand and apply testing and quality assurance techniques like Unit and sometimes help with Integration Testing. Understand the DB in a way that ensures maximum performance with good normalization, indexes, etc.Write SQL in a way that creates an efficient execution plan.Encrypt or mask data on rest and in transport.Ensure the technical design is appropriately implemented, following the best practices and standards.Help and support the generation of evidence for the DB model as well as for the processes implemented during the project development.

Required competencies... Advanced English level+3 years of experience in SQL / PL/SQL / Oracle
