Business Central Upgrade Developer

ArcherPoint is currently adding a Microsoft Dynamics BC Developer to our Upgrade team in a remote capacity. The person in this role will be a key member of the ArcherPoint Upgrade Team, providing functional and development expertise related to the setup, gap/fit analysis, customization analysis, testing, development, and post-go-live support of the Business Central ERP System. Our Microsoft Dynamics BC Upgrade Developers are specifically accountable for:

Configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and components in all functional areas.Testing functionality developed by the Upgrade team against business requirements.Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.Migrating reports from older version to newer version of BC.Testing and comparing new reports to the old version of NAV to ensure proper formatting and functioning.Refactoring old C/AL code to AL. We are seeking candidates with the following requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 or more years of experience as a Software Developer specifically working with the Business Central AL development language.Have you conquered NAV to BC upgrades? Demonstrable experience in handling such projects is a significant asset. Your knowledge of C/AL to AL migration, merging, implementations, and integrations will set you apart.Display a profound understanding of Business Central and its intricacies. You should have actively employed events to execute modifications, showcasing your ability to enhance the platform's functionalities.Additional experience with Power apps, Docker, GitHub, Logic apps, Java Script, Dataverse & Azure Functions will receive preference.
