Humpday is on the lookout for an enthusiastic senior full stack developer to join our growing and exciting team.

Humpday is a one day a week, IRL dating app. VC backed and moments from launch, Humpday is on a mission to make offline dating the new online dating by using technology to empower authentic community and connection.

Key responsibilities

Lead fullstack development, delivery and support of Humpday mobile application on iOS and Android and all other supporting tech components (see "Humpday tech stack”). Note: MVP already built.Establish and review databases for reporting key user engagement metrics Monitor the entire application development lifecycle (build, test, support, and release)Lead the development and optimisation of new product features Analysis, troubleshooting and debuggingIf skills and interest align, scope to be involved in product development of new features

Key skills

Senior full stack developer with experience developing, supporting and deploying full stack solutions in line with "Humpday tech stack”Experience across frontend and backend, multiple languages and databases, testing and debuggingFlexibility in terms of working hours based on Humpday app’s evolving prioritiesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work autonomously to manage time and meet deadlines, and manage priorities Analytical and great problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and an eye for layout aesthetics preferredMost importantly, the passion and grit required to execute our bold vision and change dating

Flutter (iOS / Android) mobile app.Laravel backend w/ MySQL DB.Admin Panel (using Bootstrap, Laravel & HTML5, Tailwind, Alpine)Firebase (push notifications), Socket.IO & other related packages.Digital Ocean (hosting & CI/CD)
