RPA / Low Code Developer

Job Description

Technical Skills and Experience:Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, C#, or Python for advanced customizations.Experience with data modeling, SQL, and utilizing APIs for system integrations.Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing concepts.Understanding of data security, compliance, and data governance.Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Professional ExperienceSeveral years (often 3-5 years or more) of relevant experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.Proven track record of successful implementation of complex projects.Experience in a leadership or mentoring role, guiding junior developers.

Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.A proactive approach to keeping up with the latest technology trends and updates in the Power Platform and related areas.

Certifications (Preferred but not always required):Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.Other relevant Microsoft certifications, like Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This includes creating custom business applications, automations, and interactive reports.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Integration with Other Systems: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services like Dynamics 365, SAP, Azure, as well as with external systems and databases to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Advanced Customization and Coding: JavaScript, C#, Python for advanced customizations or to create custom connectors.Data Modeling and Management: Design and manage data models within the Power Platform environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.Leadership and Mentoring: As a senior member of the team, mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
