About the roleWe are looking for a Device Subscription Services Developer with a solid background in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our subscription-based services for devices using the ServiceNow platform.

Main responsibilities:Communicating with 3rd-party suppliers and partners once necessary.Collaboration with other teams to ensure runbook meet requirements, are supportable and up to the standardsGathering and acting on user feedback to enhance existing software products.Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projectsPerforming troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance tasks to improve existing runbooks.Identifying and implementing modifications in existing programs where needed.

About the perfect candidate:Proven ServiceNow development capabilitiesKnowledgeable in Microsoft Azure cloud servicesFamiliarity with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM)Proficient in scripting within ServiceNow using JavaScript and creating Scripted REST APIsGood interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skillsAdditional beneficial skills include: PowerShell, SQL programing; Experience with processes and task automation & Working and designing automation What we offer?We are a company that cares about employees happiness as well as company growth.
