Our future is in React, and given that our journey is still beginning, there’s a big opportunity to contribute to the architectural and strategic direction of our platform, as well as the opportunity to teach and mentor other engineers and level up as a senior engineer. Are you very versatile?
What you will be doingYou’ll be joining our existing senior fullstack engineer, working within our cross-functional engineering team to define and deliver the roadmap. We’d expect you to work with us to improve our technical maturity in the React discipline, assist in the ideation and definition of our products and deliver high quality and timely product features, with ample opportunity to take on responsibility over the product and the features that the team delivers.
Key responsibilitiesWe’re less interested in years of experience and more interested in cultural fit and capability, we’re looking for people with a healthy attitude, ambition and passion for their work. If anything on our list is out of your comfort zone, that’s ok, but you should anticipate that we will expect you to pick things up and run with them as required.
Collaborate with the existing senior fullstack engineer and cross-functional engineering team to define and execute the platform roadmap.Take part in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of our platform.Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.Deliver high-quality and timely product features using React, Redux Toolkit, and Typescript.Work with modern React (v18) in combination with Vite and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).Utilize your experience in debugging fundamentals, including monitoring, logging, and profiling, to ensure the platform's performance and stability.Collaborate with REST APIs and have familiarity with Node.js and NestJS.Embrace Agile methodologies and actively contribute to ongoing planning and roadmap execution.Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and empower the team as a whole.
Qualifications and technical skills requiredAt least 4 years of hands-on experience with modern React development, including React (v18) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).Proficiency in Redux Toolkit for state management in React applications.Minimum of 2 years of experience with Typescript.Familiarity with API integration, including REST, Node.js, and NestJS, is a plus but not mandatory.Solid understanding of debugging fundamentals, including monitoring, logging, and profiling.Experience with Git for pull requests, code reviews, and version control using trunk development/gitflow.Comfortable working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to actively contribute to ongoing planning and roadmap execution.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate ideas, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with the team.

Our head office is based in London, however our people work remotely all over the World.Ideally you will be based in either Slovenia, or the UK. If you are happy to travel to London we invite our remote people to our monthly/quarterly meet&greets.
