Your expertise in Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and best practices will play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from offshore locations while contributing to driving meaningful change through Salesforce implementations.
What challenges will you face?Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and more.Implement integrations with third-party applications and tools to extend the functionality of Salesforce.Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce best practices to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed solutions.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues in the developed solutions.Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and stability of Salesforce applications.Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, code documentation, and development processes.What are we looking for in you?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer, with proficiency in Apex Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile practices.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively.Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or others are a plus.Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs is beneficial.Prior experience in a consulting environment and working with nearshore/offshore teams is a plus.
