Role Description

This is a contract web developer role with Aurora Digital Solutions. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, web applications, and other web-related projects. The position involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other backend developers. The Web Developer will be responsible for ensuring that websites and web applications are highly performant, optimized for SEO, and adhere to the latest web development standards. This is a remote position.

Qualifications

Back-End Web Development and Web Development skillsFront-End Development and Web Design skillsStrong understanding of programming principles and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQueryExperience with PHP, .NET, Java, or other programming languagesExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Wordpress, Magento, or ShopifyStrong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with SEO optimization is a plus
