Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Web Flow Developer. The Web Flow Developer will be responsible for working with our UX/UI Design team to build and maintain websites using the Webflow platform. The role will require regular communication with project managers and other team members via online communication platforms and the ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications2+ years of digital design / Webflow experienceExperience working in client services or as part of a team or freelancerExperience with tools like Asana, Slack, Notion, and GitHubKnows Figma inside and outYou have experience using various prototyping tools to help understand how to test concepts and communicate experiences to internal teams and clientsYou speak English, fluentlyYou can explain the logic behind your designs.A portfolio that showcases your strengths in UI and visual design, along with your proficiency in modern-day design tools like FigmaA forward-thinking vision about desktop and mobile best practices, developments, and trends in web designBe comfortable taking risks in design, pushing past the obvious, and making something you loveBe invested in your craft, making continuous investment in learning new techniques and tools to better yourself and the teamStrong problem-solving ability, be organized and process-oriented
