The RoleRPO Business Developer will create targeted and strategic multi-channeled RPO business development activities order to achieve short and long‐term revenue and profitability goals.
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and maintain a business development pipeline of new and potential clients in the RPO Sector. This includes assessing the validity of identified opportunities.Lead, and assist where directed, sales related activities to include virtual and in-person client presentations, proposal development and follow-up. (Periodic travel maybe required)Be the “go-to” team member for business development within the RPO Solutions team.Work with Comrise’s lines of businesses (Executive Search, Professional Search, Consultant) to develop an integrated go-to-market strategy within the RPO solutions business unit.Work with Marketing for production of external and internal collateral materials, pitch-decks, and targeted solution narratives germane to client problem statements.Develop an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings.Work with the leadership team, Sales and Sales Operations, and other department leaders, to develop client proposals that effectively communicate relevant RPO capabilities and value propositions.Understand RPO Solution offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential internal and external customers.Develop, maintain, and track self-generated quarterly business development pursuit targets illustrating actions, success and opportunities.
Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree required.5+ years of overall business experience3+ years of proven solution selling business development experience ideally in the RPO arenaDetail-oriented, self-motivated and self-directedAble to manage time, prioritize with follow up and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational skills with ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsSuperior Client Service Excellence required – highly responsive with strong client-orientation Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
