Required Skills

5+ years of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Administrator / Developer and should be good in development, including experience using OPA features such as Inclusions, Checkpoints, Collaboration, and automation of OPA / Support Maintain OPA applications in Dev / UAT and Prod Environments Develop business rules, Debug rules XMLs, OPA functions knowledge. Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management Experience in Design and Development using word and excel plugins for OPA Strong knowledge of web services (including WSDL development) Understand how OPA communicates via Assess service API and Web Services to other systems Experience in deploying OPA rule bases in a large integrated environment Excellent organizational and coordination skills Ability to work both independently and with a team Experience of test driven development Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software if necessary Candidate should be an initiator, self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills Ability to understand methodologies and tools used for delivery and display a passion to follow and devise processes for improving quality

Preferred Skills

Experience of working in Integrated Eligibility/Medicaid Eligibility Determination projects Good knowledge of relational database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL), XML, SOAP/REST

Responsibilities: Fixing OPA rules, Debug xmls,

Expected Deliverable(s): Fixing OPA rules for TEDS system.
