Senior Back End Developer

Position Title: Senior Backend Developer Location: Remote in the United States Duration: 6 Month ContractCompensation: $45-$50/hour Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card

Job Responsibilities: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Backend Developer for our top client based in Austin, TX! You will be responsible for the partial technical leadership of and execution of day-to-day software development tasks as defined by product managers within a single product. In addition, you will provide technical thought leadership to the quality and end-to-end functionality of committed code for junior members of the software engineering team. You will operate as a highly skilled individual contributor and develop enterprise-grade software with some technical oversight on a single product or subject matter area, while maintaining awareness of the broader system.

Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience with Node.JS on the backendFederated GraphQL experienceExperience with cloud-based technology such as AWSJava Springboot experience.Database experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle)

Nice to Have: Leadership Experience GIT experiencePython experience.
