Position: Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote
Summary: Agile Decision Sciences LLC (ASRC Federal) is actively seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and support developing innovative software solutions for our federal customer.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be knowledgeable of and experienced with web and desktop application software design and development environments. Principal responsibilities include:
Utilizes a hybrid of specialized web developer skills of front-end and back-end developers in the planning, designing, configuration management, development, coding, implementation, testing and maintenance of custom web-based software applications, tools, and databases. Develop and modify software programs on the server-side and client-side, which may be linked to several other programs, by translating detailed program flowcharts and documentation. Create and manage databases and content management systems. Assist with key milestone planning. Participate and provide guidance in solution UX/UI design and development. Solve conventional programming problems and address risks.
Requirements
Required Skills And Competencies
Highly skilled in multiple front-end and back-end programming languages. Ability to apply and implement latest technologies to build site functionality, features, and strengthen security. Computer programming, coding, and software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, Microsoft.NET architecture, knowledge of standard web development languages CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), TypeScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, C#, and others if appropriate. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft’s companion products including SQL Server for Business Intelligence (BI), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for Extraction Transformation and Load (ETL) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for reporting.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or similar technical Degree preferred. Relevant program and certification completion such as the Columbia Engineering Coding Boot Camp, Full Stack Java Developer, IBM Full Stack Developer, IBM DevOps, and Software Engineering, or similar is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience
Desired Skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Agile development methodology. Prior government work experience a plus.
