We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our remote team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a project focused on implementing a CRM solution to meet our client's business requirements.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the successful development and implementation of technical specifications, test plans, and documentation, and providing technical support to end-users. This role requires a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional who can develop and maintain complex solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of customizations and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring that they meet technical specifications and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to identify requirements and ensure that solutions meet business needsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and technical documentationProvide technical support to end-users, including investigating and resolving technical issues and providing training as necessaryParticipate in code reviews and ensure that solutions are developed according to best practices and coding standardsStay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve solution design and developmentParticipate in the development of project plans and provide status updates to project managers and other stakeholdersCollaborate with quality assurance testers to ensure that solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, specializing in customizations, integrations, and plug-insStrong knowledge of C# programming language and TypeScriptExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power AutomateProven experience in providing technical support to end-users and resolving technical issuesFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps for managing project workflows and code repositoriesMastery of English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders

Nice to have

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development or AdministrationExperience with other Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power BI and Power Virtual AgentsExperience with other Microsoft development technologies such as .NET and SQL Server
