Job Responsibilities

Writing high-quality, efficient Python code for solving puzzles Clearly explaining your thought process and logic for your code in Jupyter notebooks Debugging code and writing documentation Performing peer code review and providing constructive feedback.

Essential Skills

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field At least 2+ years of experience as a software engineer At least 2+ years of experience in Python programming Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Fluency in spoken and written English.

Hiring Process

Resume shortlist: Post resume shortlist, a Candidate profile is created by end customer on their website; the link & specific MCQ test details will be shared with the candidate. Candidate Profile Creation: The candidate must login to the end customer’s platform and check the accuracy of all details immediately. MCQ Quiz: Candidates are required to complete the assigned MCQ Quiz within 36hours of intimation Technical Interview: On successful MCQ Quiz completion, the end customer’s team will connect with the candidate to schedule an hour-long technical interview with the their Technical team. (Candidates need not take the coding test, unless specified by end customer) Interview Prep Call: end customer’s team preps the candidate for the client interview. Client Interview (1/2 rounds): Based on the client, there are 1 to 2 rounds of interview (technical + cultural) Offer Letter from end customer: Post clearing client rounds, offer letter is shared with the candidate by end customer. Pre-Onboarding call: End customer conducts a further discussion with the candidate to complete any last mile queries/clarifications before onboarding the client. Onboarding: Candidate onboards Client organization on the prescribed date of joining.
